橘子是新加坡和马来西亚过年常见的礼品。橘子是代表“大吉大利”，讲究的是送吉利上门，讨个好彩头。橘子一般要成双，过年小辈给长辈拜年是必要的。送橘子也讲究礼尚往来，一般家庭会准备一些，在来访的亲友离开时赠送同样数量的橘子。

Since it's the school holiday for secondary students, my girl had nothing to do so she decided to knit a plush toy with some help from YouTube and me.
