Chocolate Nutella Cupcakes 巧克力杯子蛋糕

Ingredients:
(A)
4 Eggs yolk
100g Cake flour (sieve)
20g Cocoa powder (sieve)
20g Castor sugar
40g Melted butter
60g Fresh milk

(B)
4 Egg white
100g Castor sugar

(C)
Nutella

Method:-
1.  Pre-heat the oven to 170 deg C.
2.  Mix all the ingredients (A) until well incorporated.
3.  Beat ingredient (B) until stiff and able to hold its shape.
5.  Add the egg yolk batter to the white mixture gradually and fold it gently until the mixture is an even.
6.  Pour the mixture and Nutella filing into the muffin pan and bake for 15 mins at 170 deg C.
