Birthday Dinner at Sky 57, MBS

The restaurant was really crowded today.  A lot of people celebrated their birthday there too. There were about 5 of them!  The environment there was really cozy and there were a lot of chattering. People having small talks while waiting for their dishes.  We ordered the Gastronomic Menu- Inspired By Asia and it was really scrumptious.

Penne, sautéed pork neck confit, black truffle, fresh rocket in burnt butter sauce  

Slow roasted Australian aged grain fed beef, sautéed Maine lobster in Asian black pepper sauce
