Oreo chocolate snow skin mooncake

There is oreo inside the mooncake, which is something new and unique. Very yummy.



 



Snow skin:
180g gao fen 糕粉 (ready mixed)
20g Oreo cookies, cream removed and crushed cookies into powder form
28g shortening
110g cold water

Filling:
250g chocolate lotus paste
10pcs Oreo cookies

1. Snowskin: Mix well gao fen and oreo powder. Rub in shortening. Add in cold water. Knead lightly till a soft dough forms. Set aside for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 25g each.

2. Filling: Wrap chocolate paste with cookies inside.

3. Flatten a piece of snowskin, wrap in filling, roll round, then pat some cooked glutinous rice flour.

4. Press it into mould, unmould and refrigerate until ready to serve.
